We will now ask you for a few basic details relating to your trip. We require the name of the airline you are using if flying and the cost of that ticket per person. Whilst this policy only covers the end suppliers of your holiday we can cover certain approved and accepted intermediary/booking agents who make arrangements for end suppliers on your behalf. These can include but are not limited to; hotel, booking agent, car hire booking agent. These intermediary/booking agents will be listed below.

You will automatically be covered for any of the following end suppliers including the airline you select provided these are pre-booked in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland before your departure date:-
  1. Hotels,Youth Hostels, Car ferries, Villas abroad & cottages in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland, Railway journeys (including the Eurostar)
  2. Coach journeys
  3. Car hire
  4. Caravan sites / campsites / mobile homes
  5. Camper rental
  6. Euro tunnel
  7. Theme parks such as Disneyland Paris.
